As a gift to a best friend in need, I was contracted to redesign a half-bath on the first floor of a well-loved townhouse. The owner was eager to upgrade the vinyl floor to tile, replace the original builder-grade vanity and toilet, add some color and charm to the bathroom used by the owner and guests.
